Designed and launched the Incident Reporting and Resolution System (IRRS): a closed-loop platform that captures clinical incidents, drives root-cause investigation, and assigns corrective actions (CAPA). Built an internal clinical-operations platform from scratch (Next.js, SQLite, Python) that surfaces drop-off drivers and optimizes therapist-to-member matching across a national network.

Led the full product lifecycle for 14+ AI tools, from ideation and PRDs to development, deployment, and iteration.
